WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?
We process your order within 1 to 2 working days. However, during peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 12 days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. However, some countries may not be eligible for our delivery services.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY DETAILS OR NEED TO UPDATE THEM?
If you notice an error or need to update your information, please contact us immediately by email so we can adjust your order in time.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make changes.
If the package is returned to us, we will get in touch with you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We provide a tracking service for all shipments. To check the status of your order, visit our order tracking page or contact us by email.
Please note: tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to appear in the system after dispatch.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER 15 DAYS?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 days, please contact us via email. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?
Yes – we offer a 30-day return period.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

We’ll review your request and get back to you promptly to resolve the situation.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
