Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the error is ours. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
